Bizerba GSP H I 150 Description
The Bizerba GSPHI150 gravity feed slicer features a durable anodized aluminum construction that's seamless, ensuring no unwanted food particles become lodged within the machine. Its gravity feed chamber rests at a 40-degree angle, while its product carriage is tilted at a 25-degree angle towards the operator. Both features simplify loading and feed to the 13-inch blade, which is chromium plated and features a 60-62 Rockwell hardened edge. To further ease the cleaning process, its push plate can be removed and cleaned separately. Its body also features a debris deflector to ensure food particles don’t fly out during use. Meant for countertop use, it has a 6-foot cord and a low-profile design that measures 28 27⁄50 inches long by 23 1⁄20 inches wide by 23 3⁄8 inches high.
Designed for easy maintenance, operators can attach the included remote sharpener to the Bizerba GSPHI150 manual meat slicer’s blade and automatically sharpen it. Operators’ hands are protected from harm by the unit’s 5 4⁄5-inch-wide thumb guard. It features a light-up indicator that shows red when the blade is still active and green when it has fully stopped. To further reduce accidents and workplace mishandling, its handles are color coordinated—the pusher handle is green and the remnant lift arm handle is red.
