Everest Refrigeration ESWRF2 Description
The 59-inch-wide by 31 5⁄8-inch-deep by 74 1⁄4-inch high Everest Refrigeration ESWRF2 two-section commercial combo refrigerator/freezer is made of heavy-duty stainless steel for enhanced strength and features rounded corners and galvanized steel, top, bottom, and rear panels. For mobility when cleaning or maintenance is needed, this unit is mounted on four 5-inch swivel casters, and the front set can be locked for stability. The unit’s two self-closing doors prevent cold air from escaping the cabinet with their magnetic gaskets. These doors are field reversible for versatile placement in kitchens with limited space. With a total capacity of 52 cubic feet, the interior includes six adjustable, epoxy-coated wire shelves.
The Everest Refrigeration ESWRF2 dual-temperature refrigerator/freezer operates using a self-contained refrigeration system that contains a condensate drain pan and automatic defrost for efficiency and is top mounted for increased interior space. Staff can set the refrigerator’s holding temperature between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit and the freezer’s holding temperature between -10 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit. These cold conditions are preserved with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and the cabinet’s 2 1⁄2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation.
