The Everest Refrigeration EOMV-72-B-35-T open air cooler’s 37-cubic-foot capacity holds eight half shelves. Once the shelves are filled with products, the perforated stainless steel wall ensures cold air is equally distributed. Because the rear, bottom, and top of the unit are made of galvanized steel, it’s durable and promotes a lengthy lifespan. Its thick polyurethane insulation is great for maintaining consistent temperatures over time. For maximum visibility inside the unit, the canopy and shelves feature an LED lighting system. The unit sits on 5-inch swivel casters to fit various floor plans.
Simple to install, the Everest Refrigeration EOMV-72-B-35-T open air cooler features a self-contained refrigeration system. It’s equipped with an electronic control system for simple operation and maintains an average product temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit or less. The large-capacity coils use R290 refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling, and its electronically commutated fans quickly pull down internal temperatures. For catching any excess moisture, the unit has a self-maintaining condensate pan.
