The Everest Refrigeration EOMV-72-B-28-T open-air cooler has 26-cubic-foot interior space with eight half shelves. Each shelf has tag molding and is brightened with under-the-shelf and canopy LED lighting systems for product visibility. The interior is made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the black exterior’s top, bottom, and rear are made of durable galvanized steel. The back wall is perforated for equal air distribution, and 2 1⁄2-inch-thick insulation helps maintain cool conditions. For proper ventilation, the front, back, and top require a 6-inch clearance.
The Everest Refrigeration EOMV-72-B-28-T vertical cooler’s self-contained refrigeration system is bottom mounted, which makes it simple to access for service. It cools with R290 refrigerant via high-capacity condenser and evaporator coils. The unit’s condensate drain pan is self-maintained and requires no external connections for operation. With the temperature control, employees can adjust the unit to reach an average product temperature of 35 degrees.
