To streamline installation and optimize interior space, the Everest Refrigeration EOMV-36-W-28-T vertical open-air merchandiser’s refrigeration system is self-contained and bottom mounted. This merchandiser can provide an eco-friendly alternative to other units, as it relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The factory preset temperature is 35 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average product temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit or less. This unit can be installed in a line-up of units with its front air intake and rear air discharge system. To prevent impact damage, this unit has a stainless steel front bumper belt.
To provide a clear view of stored items, the Everest Refrigeration EOMV-36-W-28-T vertical display merchandiser has field-replaceable tempered glass side panels and shielded LED lighting under the shelves and canopy. For efficient operation, these lights have an on/off switch. The unit offers staff four stainless steel shelves for a total of five levels for storing food items, and to provide an efficient presentation, each shelf has a price tag molding. To provide maneuverability around a kitchen workspace, this unit sits atop four 5-inch swivel caster which have locks on the front set; additionally, the casters are supported with leg stabilizers.
