For an extended product lifespan, the Everest Refrigeration EMGR8 one-section glass door merchandiser is made of white-coated steel to resist corrosion, dents, and scratches, and its rounded corners simplify cleaning. The unit’s interior measures 8 cubic feet, and the two steel shelves are adjustable to fit variously sized products. Operators can access the interior through the double-pane glass door, which grants a clear view of stored products without having to open the door. While the black PVC door frame retains internal temperatures, the interior airflow guard circulates cold air. This merchandiser is mounted on four adjustable screw legs for steadiness.
The Everest Refrigeration EMGR8 merchandiser’s refrigeration system is self-contained for simple installation and utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for energy-efficient cooling. This unit can reach temperatures between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, which is sustained with 2 1⁄2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation, and for a consistent operation, the self-maintaining condensate drain pan and automatic defrost system prevent water and ice formation. Staff can make temperature adjustments with the electronic controller, and this control panel comes with a display.
