Measuring 72 7⁄8 inches wide by 30 3⁄4 inches deep by 80 1⁄8 inches high, the Everest Refrigeration EMGR69B three-section glass door merchandiser has three sections with 12 wire shelves that can be adjusted using the shelf clips. The interior is accessible through the three self-closing, sliding glass doors, and the heavy-duty door bumper protects the unit from collision damage. While the LED lighting illuminates the interior and stored items, the interior’s rounded corners and detachable drain plug simplify cleanup. Constructed of a black-coated steel exterior and white-coated steel interior, this unit resists corrosion development and sits on height-adjustable screw legs for stabilization.
The Everest Refrigeration EMGR69B merchandiser is insulated with 2 1⁄2 inches of polyurethane foam for temperature retention and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling. The self-contained refrigeration system provides energy efficiency with its condensate drain pan and automatic defrost system. Staff can use the digital controls to quickly change the holding temperature between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, and the external display facilitates temperature monitoring.
