Featuring a white-coated steel construction with rounded interior corners, the Everest Refrigeration EMGR33 two-section glass door merchandiser promotes durability and a simple cleanup. The interior measures 33 cubic feet and holds eight steel shelves that are adjustable using the shelf clips. For enhanced temperature retention, the two sliding glass doors feature a self-closing design, and the LED bar lighting provides bright illumination of stored products. Mounted on adjustable screw legs, this unit measures 39 3⁄8 inches wide by 30 3⁄4 inches deep by 80 1⁄8 inches high overall.
With a temperature range between 33 and 54 degrees Fahrenheit, the Everest Refrigeration EMGR33 merchandiser enables quick and accurate temperature adjustments with its digital controller, and staff can monitor the interior conditions with the external display. The cabinet is insulated with 2 1⁄2-inch-thick polyurethane foam, while the self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant. Both the insulation and refrigerant preserve internal temperatures. For reduced ice buildup, this unit includes a time-initiated, temperature-terminated defrost system, and the self-maintaining condensate drain pan gets rid of excess water.
