Featuring a dual-temperature design, the Everest Refrigeration EGSDH2 refrigerator/freezer cabinet is ideal for placement beside workstations to streamline recipe assembly and menu preparation. Each cavity’s interior spans 11 cubic feet and is fitted with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves illuminated by LED interior lighting. A half-height door covers each segment; the top door has double-paned glass, while the bottom is solid. These self-close to reduce recovery time and can be locked to prevent theft.

Positioned atop the Everest Refrigeration EGSDH2 dual-temperature cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system with the digital controller mounted on its front for ease-of-access. Here, staff can set the desired holding temperature from -10 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit. For safe and efficient operation, the system utilizes R290 and is equipped with an automatic defrost and self-maintaining condensate drain pan. This cabinet sits on four 5-inch casters; the front two lock.
