Everest Refrigeration EDA2 Description
The Everest Refrigeration EDA2 dry age and thaw cabinet is a large, two-section cabinet designed to hold large amounts of meats. The cabinet's exterior is constructed of stainless steel, while the interior is constructed of ceramic-coated aluminum. The coating helps retain heat, enabling the unit to stay warm for long periods without having to heat continuously. Two double-paned glass doors adorn the front and work with the LED interior lighting to provide a clear view of the items inside.
Positioned at the base of the Everest Refrigeration EDA2 two-section aging/thawing cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to cool the unit between 33 and 54 degrees as determined by the multi-functional digital controller. A stainless steel drip tray is positioned below each section to catch drippings, while the self-maintaining drain pan collects condensate droplets to help maintain dry conditions.
