Equipped with programmable COMPUTRON® 1000 controls, the Henny Penny PFE500.01 PFE electric pressure fryer regulates cook cycles for repeatable results. Its 19 7⁄10-inch-wide by 38 3⁄5-inch-deep by 48-inch-high stainless steel frame mounts on four swivel casters, ensuring smooth maneuvering and secure positioning. Covered by an aluminum lid, the 48-pound rectangular frypot supports a 14-pound food load, while a cold zone separates sediment to reduce oil breakdown. An open basket with legs stabilizes product during loading and unloading. Fitted with two PHT envelopes, the Max filter system captures debris, and a rinse hose with a male quick disconnect eases daily cleanup.
