Jade Range JB-36 Description
Equipped to simultaneously cook multiple meats or vegetables, the Jade JB-36 radiant charbroiler has one 15,000-BTU burner for every 6 inches of width. So users can adjust burner output for desired results, each burner has a correlating infinite control manual gas valve. Reducing the risk of cold spots, stainless steel gas tubing and cast iron radiants line the broilers’ width for uniform heating. With a four-bar cast iron top grate design, built-in grease guides help drain oil and fat into its two 14-gauge steel drip pans. Overall, the cooking area measures 36 inches wide by 27 inches deep.
The Jade JB-36 charbroiler’s cooking area has a 12-gauge, all-welded firebox composition to ensure durability throughout daily operations. Its front, plate shelf, and legs are made of 14-gauge welded stainless steel to withstand chips and scratches. Designed to be stored on a countertop, the legs are adjustable to account for uneven surfaces to reduce the risk of wobbling throughout use. Heated with natural gas, this unit includes a 3⁄4-inch gas regulator.
