Jade Range JB-12 Description
The Jade Range JB-12 countertop charbroiler delivers high-performance grilling with its cast iron radiants and grates, which retain heat efficiently for consistent cooking results. Two burners, each producing 15,000 BTU, provide even heating across the cooking surface, while built-in grease channels help manage excess fat and minimize flare-ups. Each burner is controlled with an infinite manual gas valve, allowing for precise temperature adjustments to accommodate different cooking needs.
Designed for durability, the Jade Range JB-12 charbroiler features stainless steel sides, a front panel, and a plate shelf, making it well suited for demanding commercial kitchens. A welded 12-gauge firebox reinforces structural stability, and two separate 14-gauge steel drip pans help contain flare-ups. Stainless steel gas tubing and corrosion-resistant pilot tips provide lasting reliability, while the unit stands on stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for stability. Operating using natural gas, it includes a 3⁄4-inch gas regulator that must be installed for proper operation.
