VerTerra 01-22-10D Description
Square with a deep design, the VerTerra 01-22-10D disposable plate measures 4 inches long by 4 inches wide and can be used to serve salads, small entrees, and side dishes. Reducing waste by transforming natural resources that would otherwise be burned, it's made from leaves that have fallen from trees. After collection, these leaves are sprayed with high-pressure water, steamed, and UV sterilized to sanitize them without adding chemicals or toxins. Because this plate is made solely from naturally sourced materials, it's environmentally friendly, and it will naturally compost in 2 months after disposal. The material is safe in heat, so it can be used to serve hot foods, heated in the microwave, or used in the oven.
