The Carter-Hoffmann MZ223GS-2T countertop drawer warmer can hold two or four pans, depending on the size, which are then heated by a silicone pad heater from the top and bottom of the cavities. Each section has its own timer that can count down from 9 hours and 59 minutes. They also have a temperature control and an audible/visual alarm. To protect delicate product from moisture, the Carter-Hoffmann MZ223GS-2T countertop heated holding cabinet has aluminum lids built into each section. It is insulated with millboard to retain heat, and its stainless steel construction withstands high-volume use.
