The Carter-Hoffmann MZ212GS-2T countertop drawer warmer keeps fried food warm without compromising its texture, and its built-in aluminum pan lid covers food to keep it warm and keep moisture out. The unit is insulated with millboard and constructed of stainless steel, which withstands heavy use. Each cavity comes with a heater in the top and bottom, as well as a timer with a maximum time of 9 hours and 59 minutes. The maximum temperature is 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on their size, the Carter-Hoffmann MZ212GS-2T countertop heated holding cabinet can accommodate two, four, or eight pans.
