The unit is insulated with millboard and constructed of stainless steel, which withstands heavy use. Each cavity comes with a heater in the top and bottom, as well as a timer with a maximum time of 9 hours and 59 minutes. The maximum temperature is 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on their size, the Carter-Hoffmann MZ212GS-2T countertop heated holding cabinet can accommodate two, four, or eight pans.
