Garland M110XM Master Series Double Broiler, Two Infrared Decks w/ Enclosed Base, Liquid Propane

Using the Garland M110XM Master series double broiler's two infrared decks, kitchens can prepare lots of food. Its broiling racks can be adjusted to three different positions, so breads and thin cuts of meat can be placed close to the burners; thick steaks and burgers can be cooked thoroughly and slowly. Both broiling chambers have two separate zones with high, medium, and low control settings.

To clean the Garland M110XM double broiler's grease container, it can be removed and emptied fully. It's located out of the heat zone, so users needn’t worry about dealing with hot grease. Because the front and sides of this unit are made of stainless steel, they won't scratch or dent. It's mounted on adjustable, chrome steel legs, so the double broiler can be installed on uneven floors.
