Garland GTBG60-AB60 Description
Built for durability, the Garland GTBG60-AB60 gas charbroiler is made of stainless steel that is resistant to dents, scratches, and corrosion. Because of their cast iron construction, the grates and broiler racks are sturdy and ensure even heating amongst food while cooking. It is mounted on 4-inch legs for countertop operation, and to prevent users from burning their skin, it has a protective rail mounted on the front.
The Garland GTBG60-AB60 charbroiler has five burners, and each of them can be adjusted separately with individual high and low valves under each heating zone. Because of this arrangement, operators can cook a variety of foods at once. Its broiler racks are adjustable in 3-inch sections—one side is more suited for cooking steaks and dense foods while the other side is better for handling delicate food such as fish. To keep the countertop clean, it includes a crumb tray that catches debris.
