Garland GTBG36-AR36 Description
The Garland GTBG36-AR36 countertop charbroiler has three burners operating at 108,000 BTU total, and each of these burners have separate knobs so users can adjust each zone to accommodate a different type of food. For versatility, the broiler racks can be reversed to cook dense meats on one side and delicate meats on the other. Because of the cast iron components, this unit ensures that food is cooked evenly throughout.
Designed for countertop use, the Garland GTBG36-AR36 charbroiler is mounted on 4-inch feet, which are adjustable to various heights as needed. This leaves space between the unit and the countertop, which prevents overheating and damage. The safety of the operator is also kept in mind with a rail at the front, providing a barrier from the hot elements.
