Garland GD-24RB Description
The Garland GD-24RBFF commercial gas charbroiler’s 18-inch-deep grilling surface suits bars and steakhouses with sizable clientele. Employing a piezo hammer-spark to light the grill, this unit’s ignition system does not use outside electricity. The charbroiler's stainless steel construction strengthens it and ensures cleanup is quick.
The Garland GD-24RBFF charbroiler’s cast iron radiants heat the cooking surface and catch food juices before sending flavorful vapors back up into the product. Temperature is controlled by hi-lo knobs, and splashguards keep food splatter from landing outside the grill. This unit can be used alone or beside other Gas Designer series pieces.
