To highlight plated entrees, salads, or sandwich luncheons, the Dudson HI867 coupe plate sports an Ink pattern—a white body and dark blue rim resembling ink smudges. The glaze and sponged-rim finish are added by hand to create a subtly unique quality within the Harvest series. To withstand high-volume use in restaurants, cafes, hotels, and banquet halls, its ceramic construction is fully vitrified to create a closed, nonporous, industrially tough structure. This 8 2⁄3-inch-diameter piece can be stacked with other plates to optimize storage, and to ease back-of-house processes, it's safe in microwaves and dishwashers.
