For extended durability, it has a chip-resistant rolled edge and vitrified ceramic construction that resists water absorption. This piece measures 7 inches in diameter and holds 30 ounces of pho, hibachi rice bowls, or ramen. After use, it can be run through the dishmachine then stacked in storage.
