For making bread, mixing ingredients, and whipping potatoes, the KitchenAid Commercial KSMC895ER planetary mixer includes a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip. These attachments are dishwasher safe to facilitate cleaning and made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel along with the bowl. The bowl features an 8-quart capacity to knead dough for 8.25 loaves of bread and mix recipes that require 16 cups of flour. For safe operation, a bowl guard prevents hands from entering the bowl during mixing.
The KitchenAid Commercial KSMC895ER commercial stand mixer has an Empire red finish that provides an eye-catching appearance.
