Hoshizaki HS-5093 Description
Intended for use in a refrigerator or freezer, the Hoshizaki HS-5093 bottom-support tray slides hold full-size baking pans. They are designed to accommodate 16 sets on three-inch centers per section, but they can hold as many as 24 sets on two-inch centers per section. To resist corrosion, this unit is made of stainless steel with medium-duty welded wire.
