The Hoshizaki HS-5071 lift-off cover sits on top of the openings on a Hoshizaki Mega Top prep table. This helps keep contaminants and germs out of food and other product. The handle in the center of the cover enables employees to take off the lid without touching the food, and to resist corrosion, it is made of stainless steel.
