Wells RWN-26 Description
A built-in, narrow model, the Wells RWN-26 food warmer measures 20 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 1⁄2 inches deep by 21 inches high. It's fully insulated to preserve heat and features a self-latching mechanism that simplifies closing. Because it's constructed of stainless steel, this unit resists rust and corrosion. It can be implemented in family-style restaurants, long-term care homes, medical settings, and other environments where bulk batches of product are prepared and held before serving.
The Wells RWN-26 warming drawer features two drawers that each accommodate a single standard 6-inch-deep food pan, which are included with the unit. Operators can adjust the temperature of each drawer individually with precise thermostatic controls; to modify humidity levels, the front vents are adjustable. To preserve heat and optimize efficiency in high-volume settings, this unit is fully insulated.
