Wells RWN-2 Description
The Wells RWN-2 warming drawer is made of sturdy stainless steel that resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Its fully insulated design preserves heat while its self-latching mechanism simplifies closing. Each of its two drawers feature individual controls for temperature and humidity. To release excess humidity that could lead to soggy food, each drawer is fitted with adjustable front vents.
The temperature of each of the Wells RWN-2 warming drawer's compartments can be adjusted between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is ideal for holding dinner rolls, prepared vegetables, meats, and other essentials at precise temperatures before they're served to guests or residents. For cleaning beneath the unit, it's raised on 4-inch legs, and overall, this unit measures 20 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 5⁄16 inches deep by 25 inches high.
