Wells RWN-16 Description
A built-in model with a single drawer, the Wells RWN-16 drawer warmer measures 20 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 1⁄2 inches deep by 10 7⁄8 inches high. It comes with one standard 6-inch-deep food pan and features a self-latching mechanism that speeds up closing in fast-paced environments. This unit is ideal for holding bulk batches of product at warm serving temperatures in medical facilities, university cafeterias, and retirement homes.
To retain heat and improve efficiency, the Wells RWN-16 warming drawer is fully insulated, featuring thermostatic controls with which operators can modify its temperature between 90 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can use the adjustable front vent to release excess moisture and optimize food quality. Because of its stainless steel construction, it's simple to clean and resistant to corrosion and rust.
