The Wells HDCB-3630G countertop charbroiler has a heavy-duty, cast iron surface that can be heated and cooled repeatedly without breaking. Steaks, burgers, fish, and vegetables can be cooked over cast iron burners that heat quickly and turn down immediately, giving the user complete control of food doneness. Individual infinite heat valves control the six burners and adjustable air shutters provide optimum combustion. Depending on the product, users can choose to use either the flat or slanted side of the grate. After cooking, the user can remove the drip pan, burners, and front panel for thorough cleaning.
