This unit utilizes heavy-duty cast iron grates and a stainless steel construction to withstand corrosion, rust, and dents. Equipped with two heat zones, this unit uses conductive and radiant heating elements for versatile cooking, and it can reach 600 degrees Fahrenheit in 10 minutes. This charbroiler includes a lift-out drip pan, grate scraper, and brush to maintain cleanliness during and after a busy shift.
