Wells B-50 Description
Measuring 36 1⁄2 inches wide by 29 9⁄16 inches deep by 15 3⁄8 inches high, the Wells B-50 charbroiler is mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs for stability. The cast iron grates and drip pan are removable for cleaning, while the top and side panels are made of stainless steel for durability. For flexibility in broiling, this unit features two heat zones and uses both conductive and radiant heat for operation. Users can adjust the temperature using the recessed controls. This charbroiler has a 10-minute preheat time when the temperature is set to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
