Tuxton CQA-104 Description
For large entrees or shareable main courses, this circular, wide-rimmed Tuxton CQA-104 plate measures 10 1⁄2 inches in diameter. Its fully vitrified ceramic construction is stronger than pieces fired at lower temperatures, and this piece is nonporous, so it doesn't absorb water that could cause it to expand and crack. This material withstands high heat, so it's safe to use in microwaves, ovens, and warewashers. To add a striking accent color to black- and white-based interiors, it's Cayenne red.
