Tuxton CNH-136 Description
To match other pieces in the Concentrix® series for cohesive presentation, the Tuxton CNH-136 platter is Cinnebar red. Its fully vitrified ceramic construction doesn't absorb water to protect against bacteria-harboring cracks, and it's stronger and thinner than dishes fired at lower temperatures. This material withstands microwave and oven temperatures to expedite heating tasks and is safe to run through a warewasher for thorough sanitization. For serving appetizers, it measures 13 3⁄4 inches long by 10 1⁄2 inches wide and sports a wide rim that defines its oval shape.
