The John Boos CCB1818-225 Chinese chopping block features side hand grips to assist with lifting and flipping its reversible construction. Both faces provide an 18-inch-long by 18-inch-wide end grain surface made of antimicrobial northern hard rock maple. The block measures 2 1⁄4 inches thick and has an antimicrobial cream finish formulated with beeswax.
