The John Boos BBQBD reversible cutting board directs carving runoff into a groove surrounding its work area. Its reversible format provides a second cutting face, while hand grips on both ends aid in lifting and repositioning. Made of antimicrobial northern hard rock maple, the edge grain board measures 18 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 1 1⁄2 inches thick and has an antimicrobial beeswax cream finish.
