The John Boos AUJUS2015 professional cutting board provides an edge grain northern hard rock maple surface for preparing and carving food. Its sloped juice groove collects runoff, and hand grips at both ends support lifting and repositioning. The reversible board has antimicrobial maple and an antimicrobial cream finish with beeswax and measures 20 inches long by 15 inches wide by 1 1⁄2 inches thick.
