Constructed of stainless steel for longevity in demanding environments, the Piper Products RCMC40T roll-in blast chiller features a leak-resistant floor to inhibit water accumulation. Its end-load design fits 20 full-size sheet pans or (40) 2 1⁄2-inch steam table pans for large batch operations. Measuring 59 1⁄10 inches wide by 53 1⁄10 inches deep by 87 4⁄5 inches high, the unit is fitted with a lockable door and anti-condensation heating elements that strengthen seal integrity.
Built for remote refrigeration, the Piper Products RCMC40T blast chiller is controlled by a programmable "T" electronic panel that shows up-to-date cycle data for consistent performance across chill and freeze modes. A heated core probe monitors food temperature throughout the process, while a copper evaporator coil drives rapid internal cooling. Using R404A refrigerant, the unit chills up to 463 pounds from 194 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit and freezes up to 298 pounds in a single load.
