Manual infinite heat valves give staff granular control over flame output, while stainless steel standing pilots ensure burners are ready to ignite immediately. Lift-off burner heads and sectional 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grates streamline cleanup and support high heat retention for consistent performance during back-to-back orders.
Fitted with a full-width removable crumb tray, the American Range ARSHP-24-4 hotplate simplifies maintenance by catching grease and food particles that drop between burners. Its stainless steel build resists corrosion across the front, sides, and top ledge, and a 4-inch rear riser helps deflect grease splatter away from walls. The unit sits on 4-inch adjustable inset legs to stay level on uneven surfaces. For natural gas integration, it features a 3⁄4-inch rear connection and includes a gas pressure regulator to ensure consistent burner output.
