Ideal for businesses unable to dedicate space to an indoor walk-in cooler, the Norlake KODB7766-C Kold Locker™ walk-in cooler is designed for outdoor placement. It comes with a Capsule Pak™ refrigeration system to generate and maintain a 35-degree-Fahrenheit interior temperature. To enhance the refrigeration system's efficiency, it shouldn't be stored in settings exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit. This system is for top-mounted installation and is pre-charged with refrigerant.

This 6-foot-wide by 6-foot-deep by 7-foot-7-inch-tall unit includes a weather protection kit featuring a one-piece 35-millimeter white membrane roof that doesn't require seaming or gluing and a metal trim for the roof's flashing. To ease installation, its wall, ceiling, and floor panels can be locked together with the cam action locking system to create a sturdy, airtight seal, while its male and female mating rails keep the panels aligned during setup. Polyurethane insulation measuring 4 inches thick is foamed in place into each panel to create a rigid structure and provide an R-25 thermal resistance value for the walls, ceilings, and doors. Interior and exterior panels are finished with a stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant 26-gauge coated-steel finish.

Great for bulk storage, the Norlake KODB7766-C indoor walk-in cooler's smooth aluminum floor can accommodate a uniformly distributed 800 pounds per square foot. Inside the unit, a vapor-proof LED is positioned above the door to brighten the area, and a light switch is conveniently mounted beneath the digital thermometer. To minimize energy consumption, users can determine if the light has been left on with the exterior pilot light indicator. So employees can enter and exit the unit with ease, its right-hinged door features two field-adjustable cam-rise hinges to enhance the smoothness with which the door opens and closes. To ensure secure closure, it's built with a spring-actuated door closer and magnetic gasket, and to prevent employees from becoming locked inside the unit, they can unlock the door from the interior with the safety release mechanism. Operators can lock the deadlock handle and padlock after business hours to deter trespassing and theft.
