The Norlake FTF77814-CX-M Fast-Trak® indoor walk-in freezer maximizes frozen storage capacity within an 8-foot by 14-foot footprint while maintaining a reduced overall height of 7 feet 7 inches. A top-mounted Capsule Pak ECO™ refrigeration system maintains holding temperatures at -10 degrees Fahrenheit and places major refrigeration components outside the storage area to preserve usable interior space. Its 4-inch-thick insulated panels filled with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, combined with foamed-in-place cam-lock fasteners and continuous perimeter gaskets, create a tightly sealed enclosure that supports efficient cold retention.
The Norlake FTF77814-CX-M walk-in freezer's modular construction enables the door location to be selected during assembly, accommodating a variety of kitchen and storage room layouts. The cabinet features corrosion-resistant, stucco-embossed coated steel surfaces and a smooth aluminum floor, while the 26-inch-wide door incorporates self-closing operation and an inside safety release. A digital thermometer/light switch combination helps operators monitor and access stored inventory.
