The Norlake FTF771011-CX-M Fast-Trak® indoor walk-in freezer rests on an aluminum floor that enables uninterrupted cart movement and simplifies product repositioning. Measuring 10 feet long by 11 feet wide by 7 feet 7 inches high, it provides substantial frozen capacity for bulk ingredient storage. Polyurethane pads each 26-gauge stucco-embossed steel panel to protect against ambient air intrusion, while an automatic defrost function prevents ice from clogging refrigeration components.
Outfitted with LogiTemp® electronic controls and a digital thermometer, the Norlake FTF771011-CX-M freezer offers straightforward temperature management. R290 refrigerant flows through the self-contained Capsule Pak ECO™ system to stabilize the interior at -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Set on spring-loaded, cam-lift hinges and a magnetic gasket, the 26-inch self-closing door shuts tightly and locks to restrict overnight entry. An external switch powers the LED fixture, boosting product clarity for fast selection.
