Outfitted with removable floor pans and an automatic defrost cycle, the Howard-McCray SC-OM35E-5L-LED open-air packaged meats merchandiser eases upkeep for reduced downtime. Finished in white for a clean, neutral look, the foam-insulated steel body measures 63 inches wide by 34 1⁄2 inches deep by 60 inches high. Its electronically controlled, self-contained refrigeration system supports adjustable, food-safe holding between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Guided by low-velocity fans, cool air moves through a perforated rear wall to avoid dehydration. This endless, low-profile merchandiser includes two rows of LED-lit shelves with 3-inch stops to prevent sliding and improve organization.
