Lang 124CMW Description
The Lang 124CMW electric cheese melter is designed to put the final touches on soups, Italian foods, and sandwiches before serving them to customers. Its quartz heating elements swiftly heat to 1,650 degrees Fahrenheit, reducing preheat time for optimal cooking. This melter has a chrome-plated rack inside its chamber that holds food while melting occurs. To accommodate different bowl and plate sizes, the rack can be reconfigured in four different orientations. Weight-applied activation enables the cheese melter to optimize energy use.
