Southbend 4601DD-2RR Description

The Southbend 4601DD-2RR LP Ultimate restaurant range gives cooks the power of three types of cooking equipment in one package. Six clog-free gas burners generate a maximum of 24,000 BTU each and include cast iron grates for a long, dependable life. Two drip trays sit under the burners to collect drippings so cleaning is a simple process. A 24-inch raised griddle is located on the right side of the unit and has raised sides to keep grease from running all over the rest of the unit. Underneath the griddle is a broiler that gives cooks a place to broil meats, finish cheesy dishes, or keep plates warm.

This unit is equipped with two standard 45,000 BTU ovens. Each of the two ovens is built with a double-sided porcelain interior and accommodates full-size sheet pans inserted in both directions. The interiors are coated in porcelain enamel for easy cleaning and protection against corrosion. The Southbend 4601DD-2RR LP Ultimate restaurant range is heated by propane gas.
