Southbend 4361A-2CR Description

The Southbend 4361A-2CR NG Ultimate restaurant range comes with two non-clog burners, a 24-inch charbroiler on the right side, and a convection oven. The two 33,000 BTU cast iron, one piece, non-clog burners sit under cast iron grate tops that evenly distribute heat. Grease drippings are caught with the drip tray that sits under the burners and makes the range top easy to clean. The charbroiler sits on the right side of the unit and has removable cast iron grates.

This gas range's convection oven is ignited by a battery spark and produces up to 32,000 BTUs of heat. The oven's interior is fully covered in porcelain enamel that helps make cleaning easier and resists corrosion. The corners are coved instead of square to make cleaning debris out much simpler. The Southbend 4361A-2CR NG Ultimate restaurant range is heated by natural gas.
