The Matfer Bourgeat 691014 stainless steel saucepan has a watertight hollow handle that does not provide crevices in which bacteria could grow. Preventing burns, the insulated tube design of the handle does not hold heat. Ensuring uniform heating and cooking, this saucepan features an aluminum sandwich base with shape memory. To promote sanitary use, the angle at the base and handle are designed for accessible cleaning, while robust annular welds will not crack or break. Preventing messy drips when cooking, this pan has a reinforced, rolled rim. This sturdy saucepan is constructed for safe use on gas, halogen, electric, ceramic, or induction hobs.
