The Matfer Bourgeat 691012 stainless steel saucepan is designed with a hollow metal handle that is angled for streamlined cleaning and does not harbor bacteria. With an aluminum sandwich heat diffuser, uniform heat conduction across the base and sides of the pan is ensured. For heavy-duty use, the stainless steel body resists rust and corrosion. An insulated stainless steel tube handle design reduces heat conduction and keeps the handle cool when cooking. A reinforced, nondrip edge and unbreakable annular welds complete the design of this saucepan.
