Silikomart 258313 Description
The Silikomart 258313 3D "Quenelle 24" mold forms 12 quenelles with sculpted curves for refined plating. The white mold measures 11 3⁄4 inches long by 7 inches wide and creates quenelles sized 2 1⁄2 inches long by 1 1⁄6 inches wide by 1 1⁄10 inches high. Its flexible silicone body resists sticking and enables gentle release while keeping delicate details intact.
