The Matfer Bourgeat 257990 mold sheet measures 11 3⁄16 inches long by 6 7⁄8 inches wide, with each cavity sized at 1 3⁄8 inches in diameter by 1 3⁄8 inches high—ideal for creating individual mini cannelés.
