The Oneida T812KDAF Sant' Andrea® knife is shorter and slimmer than standard dinner knives, so it can be used alongside dessert courses. It comes in the Satin Fulcrum™ pattern, which is satin finished with a simple, modern shape. Because it's made of 18/10 stainless steel, this knife is more rust and bend resistant than 18/8 and 18/0 alternatives. It's made up of 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel, which grants the knife its superior strength. Comfortable to hold, this knife has been carefully balanced with a heavyweight feel.
